The regular folks definition of “mouth watering” is “very appetizing in appearance, aroma, or description”. Our definition is simply Gilley’s BBQ! Some claim they have an authentic country BBQ menu, but we perfect it!

For starters, try our Texas Nachos Grande smothered in our award winning Gilley Chili, or pull apart our Giant Bavarian Pretzel, served with cheese sauce and grain mustard.

Salad selections are made to fill you up including choices of fried chicken and pulled pork, or add Gardein vegetarian protein, and specialty dressings like honey-balsamic vinaigrette and cilantro ranch.

Our ribs are so tender, you just might need a spoon! All are served with two sides and home-baked corn bread. Or bite into our Ten Gallon platter with BBQ ribs, rotisserie chicken, pulled pork, hot links bathed in your choice of Carolina Mustard, Smoked Onion, and Gilley’s Jack Daniels BBQ sauces.

Gilley’s signature fried chicken and mouthwatering burgers go perfect with sides like Jalapeno Cheddar Tater Tots or white cheddar and green chili grits.

It’s not impossible to cap it all off with a warm chocolate walnut brownie sundae, or some peach cobbler.

$23.95 Baby Back Ribs (half rack)
Hand-rubbed with Gilley’s secret bled of specials spices and pit-smoked for 3-4 hours over a smoldering mesquite fire. Then slathered with sauce over an open flame to seal in flavor and give them a crispy, caramelized coating.

$24.95 Crispy Salmon Veracruz-Style
Seared over mesquite and topped with Veracruz sauce, tomatoes, capers and olives, served on a bed of Spanish rice and broccolini.

$20.99 Cowboy Burger
Topped with BBQ pulled pork, pepper jack cheese, crispy onions and Jack Daniel’s BBQ sauce.

$7.95 Warm Chocolate Walnut Brownie Sundae
Topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, crushed Oreo cookies, walnuts, whipped cream & a cherry.
