Gilley’s features live music Thursday through Saturday each week including country western, rock, blues, folk and other music fit for a saloon. When a live band isn’t on the stage, our resident DJ will be spinning tunes to keep the Dance Hall floor filled from dusk to dawn each night.
The regular folks definition of “mouth watering” is “very appetizing in appearance, aroma, or description”. Our definition is simply Gilley’s BBQ! Some claim they have an authentic country BBQ menu, but we perfect it! Our famous Gilley’s Bar-B-Que dining menu is available for group orders, and we can set up custom catering menus for banquets as well.
